honestly, i almost woudl ve been happy here, but the elevator was out of service, and i was made to lug my suitcase up the stairs. also, did i really have to call multiple times just to get info about the shuttle? i expected more, but it's clear they treat every guest like a nobody.

The shuttle service to the airport leaves quite early, around 9:15 a.m., which forced us to pay for an Uber to our flight.

They have this wild robot that brings water to your room! Beds were super comfy, the kids loved it.
